Wirebound Paper
We'll begin this tutorial, by creating a new canvas at a size of 255 x 148 with 678db4 as the background color of the canvas. Then draw two White rectangle shapes as illustrated using the "Rectangle Tool".
Next, draw two circle shapes as illustrated using the "Elipse Tool" with 678db4 as the color.
  Now right click on the circle shape layers and select, "Blending Options...". Now click on "Inner Shadow".

You may now click OK.
You should now have the below image.
Now grab the "Pen Tool" and draw the below shape with White as the color.

  Now right click on the new shape layer and select, "Blending Options...". Now click on "Drop Shadow".

Do not click "OK" yet. Still more to do.
  Now click on "Inner Shadow".

Do not click "OK" yet. Still more to do.
  Now click on " Color Overlay ".

You may now click OK.
You should now have the below image.
Now select the two hole layers and the wire layer in the Layers palette as illustrated below. Then click on the top right arrow button and choose "New Group from Layers" in the menu.
Next, duplicate the group several times to fill the wanted space and move to the appropriate spot as the below image illustrates.
Now grab the "Line Tool" and draw two 1 pixel vertical lines using ffcce9 as the color.

Then draw several 1 pixel horizontal lines using e5eff8 as the color.
The Results!!!
As you can see, I've added some text and a simple drop shadow to the paper. I hope you found this tutorial to be useful.
