We'll start this tutorial by selecting the "Elipse Tool" and creating a circle while holding the "Shift" key in on your keyboard and using the color cfccc6.

Now right click on the circle layer and select, "Blending Options...". Now click on "Inner Shadow". |

Do not click OK yet. Still more to do. |

Now click on "Inner Glow". |

You may now click OK. |

You should now have the below. |

Now select the "Brush Tool" and set the foreground color to 9c9382, the size to 18 and hardness to 0%. Create a new layer and click three times on your circle as I have illustrated below. |

Using the "Brush Tool" once again, set the foreground color to white this time, the size to 15 and hardness to 0%. Create a new layer and click three times on your circle again as shown below. |

One last time, using the "Brush Tool," set the size to 7 and hardness to 0%. Create a new layer and click only once on your circle as I have illustrated below. |

Go to the main menu and select "Filters" then "Blur" and lastly "Motion Blur" and use the below settings. |

You should now have the below. |

Now select the "Brush Tool" again and set the foreground color to black, the size to 24 and hardness to 0%. Create a new layer and create a shadow below the pearl as I have already done. Turn the opacity down to approximately 39%. This layer will need to be placed below all other layers but above, obviously, the background layer. |
