Grab the "Type Tool" "Nueva Std" bold at 62. The typeface really doesn't matter though. Type your text, in this case, "Metal" works for me.

Now that you have your text, you can now right click on the text layer and select, "Blending Options...". Now click on "Drop Shadow ". |
