Media Center Part 1
We'll begin this tutorial, by going to the "Custom Shape Tool" and creating the below shape. Use 5f7284 as the color.
Now grab the "Elipse Tool" and draw a circle using ebe8e8 as the color. Notice how it's not centered.
  Now you can right click on the circle layer and select, "Blending Options...". Go ahead and click on " Outer Glow."

  Now click on "Inner Glow"

  Now click on "Color Overlay"

You may now click "OK"
Now select the "Line Tool" and draw the following shape. Use 5f5e5e as the color at 1 pixel. You should now have the below image.
Select the "Line Tool" again and draw the following shape this time using Black as the color at 1 pixel.
  Right click on the black line layer and select, "Blending Options...". Go ahead and click on " Outer Glow."

Click "OK"
You should now have the below image.
Follow steps 6 through 8 to get the following:
Next, select the "Paths" option, in the options pallete, draw a circle using the "Elipse Tool" and select the "Text Tool." Now click on the path and type in the following menu options as I have done below.

Now go to the "Custom Shape Tool" and create the below shape. Use White as the color.
  Now you can right click on the new shape layer and select, "Blending Options...". Go ahead and click on "Outer Glow."

  Now click on " Inner Glow."

  Click on "Color Overlay."

You should now have the below image.
Now grab the "Eliptical Marquee Tool" and make a selection. Go to the main menu and choose "Edit" then "Stroke" and select White as the color at 1 pixel and "Centered". Turn the "Fill" down to 6% and deselect the selection.
Now grab the "Elipse Tool" and draw a circle using Black as the color.
  Now you can right click on the circle layer and select, "Blending Options...". Go ahead and click on " Outer Glow."

You should now have the below image.

  Now you can right click on the circle layer and select, "Blending Options...". Go ahead and click on "Inner Glow."

Draw 2 Black rectangles as illustrated below using the "Rectangle Tool".
Now select the "Custom Shape Tool" and create the below shape. Use White as the color. Turn the "Fill" down to 3%.
