Golden Egg
To begin this tutorial, using the "Pen Tool" draw out an egg shape like below. Make sure that C8C614 is your foreground.
  Now that you have your egg, you can now right click on the egg layer and select, "Blending Options...". Now click on "Inner Shadow".

Do not click OK yet... still more to do
  Now click on "Gradient Overlay".
  use settings at left along with the settings in step 4.
You may now click "OK."
the following are settings for the above gradient.
You should now have the following:
Create a new layer and go to the main menu and select "Filter" then "Render" then "Clouds." Again go to the main menu and select "Filter" then "Noise" and lastly, "Add Noise." Use the below settings.

You should now have the following:
"Ctrl" click your egg layer and inverse the selection. Hit delete on your keyboard, turn the blending mode to "Overlay" and the fill down to 17%.
  Now right click the layer and select, "Blending Options...". Now click on "Inner Shadow".

You may now click "OK."
You should now have the following image:

Select the "Brush Tool" with a size of 40, and soft edged. Create a new layer and click lightest part of the egg only once as I have done below. Turn the blending mode to "Color Dodge" and the fill down to about 48%.
Now using the "Pen Tool" draw the below shape. This will be an added highlight.
Now go to "Filter" then "Blur" and then "Gaussian Blur" and use the below settings.
The Results!!!
I've added some nesting to the base of the egg to give it a bit more umph, if you will. Hope you enjoyed this tutorial.
