We'll begin this tutorial by typing "Flushed" onto a white canvas using the below settings.

Now, right click on the rectangle layer and select, "Blending Options...". Now click on "Drop Shadow". |

Now click on "Gradient Overlay". |

Next, type "Away" and manipulate the letters of the word so it is similar to the below image. Use steps 2 and 3 for the style settings. |

Now, using the "Elipse Tool" draw a circle as I have illustrated below. Then turn the Fill down to 0%.

Now, right click on the bubble layer and select, "Blending Options...". Now click on "Bevel and Emboss". |
