We'll begin this tutorial, by creating a new canvas at a size of 281 x 127 then fill with Black as the color. Double click the background layer in the layers palette and click OK to unlock.
Next, select the "Rounded Rectangle Tool". Draw a rectangle as illustrated below with a radius of 3 pixels and color White. Name this layer "Button Frame".

Now right click on the "Button Frame" layer and select, "Blending Options...". Now click on "Inner Glow". |

Now click on "Gradient Overlay". |

You should now have the below image.

Now "Ctrl" click the "Button" layer to create a selection around it and select the "Brush Tool" with a soft edged 7 pixel brush. Next create a new layer and brush along the bottom inside edge of the selection with 4fa4a7 as the color. |

Select the "Text Tool" and use the below settings: |

Now type your prefered text. |
|
|
|
|
Now right click on the text layer and select, "Blending Options...". Now click on "Drop Shadow". |

You may now click OK. |

You should now have the below image.

Now select the "Pen Tool" and draw a curve effect as illustrated below using White as the color. Name this layer "Gloss". |

Turn the Fill of the "Gloss" layer down to about 30% and your finished.
